Kayalu's suction mounts are shipped fully assembled and tested, ready for installation on a non-porous surface such as a smooth plastic, composite polymer, fiberglass kayak deck, car hood or windshield, gelcoat boat transom, airplane or helicopter control panel.
The RAM Power-Locking Suction Cup Video Mount (above left, $39.95) and RAM Power-Locking Suction Cup Camera Mount ($39.95) each provide a unique opportunity for you to secure your digital camera, camcorder or speedlight using a locking vacuum cup design similar to the mechanical suction cups used by professional glass installers.
Our camera and video mounts are also available fully assembled with a Toughbar® extension arm (left, $64.95).
Kayalu mounts are available for iPhone, iPod, GPS, cameras, video, binoculars, waterproof boxes, and more. All of these mounts are available with an optional Kayalu Toughbar® stainless steel extension arm, giving you extended reach and flexibility.

The locking suction cup at the base of this unit provides an exceptionally strong grip by comparison with competitive suction-based mounts. Cleanly affixed to any non-porous surface (glass, steel, fiberglass, enamel, plastic, etc.), the mount can support up to 2 lbs. (.9 kg).
The suction cup is able to adhere to a glass window, fiberglass deck surface or car fender by power-locking its vacuum grip to the surface through the action of a mechanical lever arm. And when you want to remove the mount, you simply twist the lock counter-clockwise and pull up its small rubber tab.
