The state-of-the-art RAM-Rod™ Light-Speed™ rod holder (center of image at right) features a rapid snap-in, snap-out engagement. It's is the leading rod mount for use on boats, yaks and canoes. RAM's rod "rocket launcher" mounts are available in both marine-grade aluminum and high-strength composite.
We offer RAM's rod holders with the round RAM Mounts base and Kayalu stainless steel mounting hardware, or without the base if you'd rather mount the rod holder on a pre-existing base. The Radpole's 1.5-inch "C" ball base also supports RAM Mount's VHF antenna mounts, electronic and computer laptop mounts and much more. Do you already have a RAM Mounts "C" Ball on deck?If you have a 1.5-inch "C" ball already installed, you can use it with a Radpole arm. If you don't want to bolt a RAM Mounts aluminum base to your boat or kayak, we offer Scotty, Hobie, Attwood and Fish-On wedge adaptors with a 1.5" ball. The wedge adaptor is inserted into your existing mount hole. The wedge expands tight as the adaptor is screwed from the top — no power tools required.
