The ParkerMount NavBeam is a ruggedized bright-white LED headlight for a kayak, canoe, inflatable or other small watercraft. The NavBeam is no ordinary LED flashlight, it's actually a submersible light capable of operating in fog, rain, ice and sleet — even at 1000 feet (300 m) below sea level.
The NavBeam LE is a dual-purpose light having a narrow beam and also serving as a 360° light when aimed skyward.
The NavBeam is invaluable for navigating extremely dark areas while avoiding rocks, tree branches and other obstructions. The NavBeam can be directed to find a lost lure in a tree branch, or to illuminate equipment on deck. The NavBeam is easily capable of being trained on incoming watercraft as a signal to avoid collision long before an incident.
The ParkerMount NavBeam LE sports an aluminum base, a 10" stainless steel Toughbar extension arm and two RAM Mounts ball-and-socket couplers providing four degrees of freedom.
Marine Grade Construction
The NavBeam LE uses a Tektite Mark III light featuring a bright white LED, 200 hours of service on a single set of batteries, and an LED life rated to 10,000 hours of service. The Tektite Mark III's batteries (included) are easily replaced without having to remove the light from the NavBeam mount.
The NavBeam's Tektite Mark III is secured to its RAM Mounts ball using our custom, black oxide steel hardware. We also add a removable rubber baffle which protects your night vision by blocking unnecessary rays of light directed toward the rear of the unit.
All hardware necessary for mounting the ParkerMount to your watercraft (or other surface) is provided, including marine-grade stainless steel bolts, lock nuts and washers.
The correctly sized drill bit for installation of ParkerMount hardware is also included.
The integration of RAM Mounts components with our Kayalu Toughbar® extension arm make the ParkerMount an exceptional choice if you are looking for an extraordinarily durable mount with a rigid base.
The ParkerMount's anodized aluminum base has a rubberized ball that is coupled to a ball-and-socket joint and a Toughbar® extension arm with its own coupler. These two couplers let you position and lock the Navbeam light with an unparalleled level of versatility.
REGARDING NAVBEAM® AND USCG / SOLAS SAFETY REGULATIONS
The NavBeam is intended for use as a unidirectional headlight. When directed in any vector other than skyward, the NavBeam does not satisfy USCG (U.S. Coast Guard) or SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) regulations as a recognizable navigation light providing 360° 2-mile visibility.
This ParkerMount model of the NavBeam (PKR-1050) may be directed skyward and a light reflector (included with all NavBeam models) inserted into the Tektite lens in order to meet USCG and SOLAS 360° 2-mile visibility compliance as required for kayaks and canoes.

Optional Accessories
Tektite Mount
The ParkerMount PKR-1050 includes a Tektite Mark III light connected to the mount arm using a RAM Mounting Systems high-strength composite ball mount (shown here at left, upper). This standard part is suitable for use in challenging environments including all marine applications.
As an alternative, we offer a RAM Mounts aluminum and stainless steel ball mount (shown here at left, lower) which we would recommend for extremely harsh environments such as high-speed or impact-prone applications.

Toughbar Elbow
Add an extra Toughbar® extension arm to create an "elbow" if you need more height or an additional degree of flexibility. If you order an additional Toughbar with your ParkerMount, we assemble and test the extension with your assembly, and you save $5.00 on the retail price of the Toughbar!
