The RAM Camera/Video Adaptor is compatible with all RAM Mounts socketed couplers accepting a 1-inch "B" ball, including our Radpole, ParkerMount, Locking Suction and nClamp mounts.

The Video Adaptor base, manufactured by RAM Mounting Systems, Inc. has a 1" ball with a 1.25" diameter platform to support your camera, video camera or speedlight. A 1/4"-20 screw is centered on the base. This screw will mate with any standard threaded tripod hole.

The advantage of this video adaptor base by comparison with the standard camera adaptor ball used on our camera mounts is that its wider base improves support and stability for video cameras and larger devices.

Included with the video adaptor base, we add a high-quality SBR rubber pad to protect smaller video cameras lacking the depth for mating the full length of a standard tripod screw.
