Guarantee

If you have purchased your Kayalu product from us and are disatisfied for any reason, return the unit(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price plus tax paid (if any).

If you do not have your original invoice to determine the Order Number, please contact us at 617 338-2222 and we will assist you.

Unless authorized by us in writing or e-mail, returns must be shipped within 30 days of your receipt of the original order.

While we do not refund outbound or inbound shipping charges, we will forgive any domestic USA shipping subsidy that you may have received on the initial shipment, for example through a "flat rate shipping" or "free shipping" promotion.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned unit(s), applied according to your original method of payment. If we are unable to process a refund due to a credit card account closure, or for any other unforseeable circumstance, we will issue a company check payable to you for the full amount due.

Refund Amount: We will refund 100% of your product(s) purchase price paid and tax paid, if applicable.
Shipping Charges: Shipping cost on the original shipment and your return shipment expenses are non-refundable.

For units purchased from Kayalu authorized resellers: If you have purchased your Kayalu product from an authorized Kayalu reseller, your purchase is subject to the terms of that reseller and you must return the unit to the reseller according to the terms of your purchase with them. Please contact us if your reseller refuses to honor a 30-day money-back guarantee. We will contact the reseller and attempt to resolve the dispute.

NOTE RE. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Total outbound international shipping cost to Kayalu is non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount. For international orders shipped via Flat Rate promotion, outbound shipping cost to Kayalu may exceed original Flat Rate charge paid by customer. For international orders shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, shipping cost to Kayalu is shipping charge paid by customer with original order.

To limit our exposure to mail fraud for international shipments shipped to reshippers within the United States, we require correct foreign billing address information. International orders placed with an invalid United States billing address in order to facilitate a blind shipment to a United States shipping address (e.g. USPS P.O. Box or 3rd party reshipper for transit outside the USA) may be subject to cancellation and a $10.00 restocking fee. For pre-approval of an international shipment using a USA-based reshipper, inquire with us prior to order confirmation.
